Timor-Leste is one of the youngest countries in Asia. The majority of the population is aged 25 or younger. Some young girls in the capital and other municipalities have really low few skills and are economically dependent on their husbands or the people around them. This contributes to young women and girls that are more vulnerable to poverty, violence, and isolation.

She-Star aims to bring equitable education to young women. Through this project, we will help guide and educate these young women to help them develop the skills needed for their future careers and pursue their dreams.
